Photos show birds, wildlife, and scenery from a trip in April, 2022 to Nepal - the area around Kathmandu, and the Singalila Forest area in far eastern Nepal on the border with India. Most of the time was spent in the Singalila Forest, which has the highest density of Red Pandas in the world. We were lucky to see just one of these amazing creatures, on our second to last day, in the rain and thick fog. Despite the difficult conditions, it was spectacular to see this beautiful animal. The birds were also fantastic, and the scenery breathtaking. It is not far south of Khangchendzonga Himal, the third highest mountain in the world, and there is one point from which you can see three of the highest peaks in the world, including Everest. Overall a wonderful and unforgettable experience!
