This trip was in October 2017.  I attended a conference in Buenos Aires, and then Alby joined me for several days, when we explored Buenos Aires for a bit and went to the spectacular Iguazu Falls, where we spent most of the time on the Argentine side, with one day in Brazil.  Following Iguazu, I did a short birding trip to the Pampas southeast of Buenos Aires.  Argentina is an amazing country-- beautiful and extremely varied.  I want to return!
